Machine components
The machine tool is composed by the bed body, head of a bed frame, feeding oiler, oiler feeding system, boring bar, boring bar drag plate feeding system, the work support, boring bar support, work calipers, chip removal filter system, hydraulic system, cooling system, CNC electrical system, automatic lubrication system and other major parts.
Machine casting
Machine tool bed body, head box, boring bar enclosure, boring bar box plate, oil casing, work support body and the caliper parts use resin sand molding, high quality cast iron manufacturing, reasonable structure, went by vibration aging treatment, to ensure the machine tool having good rigidity, high strength and good accuracy stability.
Machine bed body
