High Precision CNC BTA Method Blind Hole Drilling and Boring Machine:
General overview :
Processing method: It involves spinning of work piece and rotational feed of tool
Z-axis servo: Servo motor controlled ball screw is utilized to manage feeding mechanism of drill box
Headstock of this equipment is attached to its bed. Oiler axial rotation of this machine promotes its compatibility with work pieces having various lengths. This system can adjust work pieces non- automatically during processing. This drilling solution is equipped with deep hole processing facility, tool feeding arrangement, drill pipe supporting rail, axial rotation facility of drill box center frame and stepless speed regulation mechanism. Functioning of its drill rod box is controlled by rotational tool of its in built motor
Offered machine is capable of accomplishing boring, drilling and internal chip removal based (BTA) processing job simultaneously. BTA method adopted by this machine is intended to execute drilling process. This process involves entrance of coolant inside drilling section via oil cooler. As part of deep hole machining method, cooling oil and iron fillings passes through drill rod hole and are released in chip discharge bucket and oil tank. Special design of front end section of headstock spindle assembly quickens chip processing job. Precision of work piece boring depends on its rotational movement during the process. Double cone clamping design of work piece makes boring process more effective.
Box, bed and other main components of this equipment have been developed from cast iron.
Sturdily built rectangular shaped Z axis guide rail of this equipment is highly durable. Direct connection between servo motor and screw rod of this machine is achieved via adjustable coupling. This specific design has enabled the servo motor to control pair of ball screw to identify Z axis movement during drilling.
Design and mechanism of Drill Rob Box:
Equipped with variable frequency motor, drill rob box of this machine promotes rotational movement of spindle on the basis of speed reduction technology. This spindle is attached to the tool via drill stem connecting sleeve for stepless speed controlling of tool. Spindle speed controlling method varies as per different design of tools.
Hydraulic section of this machine is utilized for regulating sealing of guide sleeve from its top to the end section of component which is being drilled.
Drill pipe bracket:
It acts as suitable tool supporting and rigidity improving solution that can raise performance of deep holes.
This component has significant role in improving lubrication attributes of oil and also in preventing leakage of lubrication fluid. It is also utilized to control the tool. Axial movement and rotation of front end of guide sleeve is managed by hydraulic system in order to detect movement of work piece. Oil cooler has been positioned in such manner so that it can be rotated axially via manually operated adjustable wheel to suit processing needs of work pieces having different lengths. The oil cooler is fastened with machine bed by using lock when it is not working.
This section used motor drive shaft that adopts deceleration based rotation technique to promote movement of work piece. Mechanism of this component has vital role in raising precision level of machine.
