Basic Function of Deep Hole Pull Boring Machine

The work on internal hole pull boring, rolling and expand pressing can be achieved by deep hole heaving boring machine. When the machine starts operating, the workpiece will be in static position not rotary, infeeding and cutter rotary, the trimming fluid will be provided in the trimming area via a device, lubricating and cooling the trimming place and take the chips away. The exit screwness and straightness is less than 1/1000mm and 0.15/1000mm, respectively.

Processing Efficiency of Machine

The normal speed of cutting is 50-150m/min. It can be adjusted in compliance with cutter's material, workpiece material and cutter's construction. Whereas, the usual sped of infeed is 5-500mm per 60 seconds and also can be altered as per the requirement.
