Workpiece clamping The front end of headstock and guide frame spindle are equipped with cone disc. Axial movement of headstock spindle controlled by hydraulic systemÃ¯¼ŒThe workpiece is clamped and positioned automatically by chamfering the cone disc and the both ends of the workpiece When the users ordered the machine, they need to provide the chamfer size of both ends of the workpiece,as well as the workpiece size.

Tool infeed system The structure of the ball screw is driven by the servo motor through the elastic coupling, and stepless speed regulation can be realized.
Drill bar support 2 groups, It can meet the maximum drilling hole length diameter ratio 100:1; It adopts drill bar support linkage mechanism.

Cooling system: chain plate chip conveyor, paper tape filter, temperature controller, high voltage variable frequency pump group, a liquid level controller, according to the pressure and flow rate adjusting aperture of the cutting oil, and can display the value of flow and pressure.
